Order and design support
For an existing order, include the order number, the email used at checkout, and a concise description of what you need. If you are requesting a design change or cancellation, contact us within 12 hours and before production begins. We will confirm whether the request can be completed.
Damage, defects, or incorrect items
Contact us within 14 days after delivery and include clear photos of the full item, the issue, and the packaging. This helps us review the request and determine whether an approved replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.
Returns require authorization
Do not mail a return before receiving written authorization. If a return for a United States order is approved, we will provide the applicable instructions and the authorized United States return-center address privately. We do not publish an unconfirmed return address.
Privacy requests
To ask about access, correction, deletion, consent, or another privacy matter, use the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe what you are requesting. We may need information to verify your identity before acting on the request.
