These Terms do not reduce or exclude any consumer right that cannot legally be waived. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory right that applies to you, that mandatory right controls to the extent of the conflict.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you access the Groovypawz website, use the bracelet builder, submit information, or purchase a product. “Groovypawz,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Groovypawz brand and the operator of this store. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.
Groovypawz bracelets are adult accessories intended for ages 16 and older. They are not toys and contain small components. You must be legally able to enter into the transaction in your location. If you are not the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must place or authorize the order.
Custom products and design confirmation
Groovypawz bracelets are designed by the customer and assembled to order in Shenzhen, China. You are responsible for reviewing the selected beads, quantities, configuration, measurements, shipping details, and other design information before completing checkout. The order summary and design data submitted at checkout are the production instructions for your product.
On-screen colors, scale, spacing, and three-dimensional previews are visual aids. Screen settings, photography, production tolerances, and physical materials may cause the finished product to appear somewhat different from a digital preview.
Material descriptions and reasonable variation
Material and composition descriptions are limited to information supported by records available to us. A fantasy collection name or color name is not a statement of composition. Where a product description identifies a component as natural, lab-created, simulated, imitation, composite, cultured, or treated, that term forms part of the description. If an important specification is not stated, contact us before ordering.
Stone, glass, resin, composite, metal-tone, and other components can vary in color, clarity, pattern, inclusions, surface texture, finish, and exact size. Reasonable appearance and assembly differences are not necessarily defects.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change before an order is placed. The price confirmed at checkout applies to that order, subject to correction of an obvious error. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. Shipping charges or other legally required amounts will be shown or handled as applicable during checkout.
Shopify provides secure checkout and payment processing. Available payment methods are shown securely at Shopify Checkout and may include PayPal. Eligible card options can depend on the buyer’s location and the payment provider. We do not promise that a particular card, wallet, or accelerated payment method will be available. The order is confirmed and made-to-order production can begin only after successful payment.
Order acceptance, changes, and cancellation
We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate product or pricing information, material unavailability, an undeliverable address, or inability to produce the requested configuration. If we cancel an accepted paid order, we will initiate an appropriate refund.
You may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours after ordering if production has not started. Requests must be emailed with the order number and are effective only when confirmed. Once production begins, custom products cannot be cancelled or returned solely because of a change of mind.
Production, shipping, and delivery
Made-to-order production normally takes 2–5 business days. Orders are dispatched from China, and standard United States delivery normally takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. The estimated total from successful payment to delivery is about 15 business days, including production and transit; please allow up to 18 business days. Standard United States shipping is complimentary and includes tracking; tracking may display SW during an earlier stage and USPS for final delivery.

If we learn before dispatch that we cannot ship within the time represented when you ordered, we will email a revised shipping date and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. If we do not obtain consent to the delay when required, we will cancel and refund the order.
Standard shipping is not represented as delivered-duty-paid (DDP). Import taxes, duties, or other charges may be collected at checkout or later by a carrier or government authority. The customer is responsible for amounts not collected at checkout, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Returns, remedies, and refunds
Custom-product returns, order changes, damaged or incorrect items, return authorization, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days after delivery with the order details and photos. Any remedy remains subject to applicable mandatory consumer law.
Intellectual property
The Groovypawz name, logos, character designs, graphics, photographs, text, website layout, builder interface, and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to Groovypawz and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property or grant a right to reproduce, commercialize, or create derivative brand assets.
You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping purposes. You may not scrape, copy, republish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit website content or brand assets without permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the website to violate law or another person’s rights; submit false, fraudulent, or harmful information; interfere with website security or operation; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; automate abusive requests; or use Groovypawz content in a misleading or infringing way.
Website availability and disclaimers
We try to keep product information and website functions accurate and available, but the website may occasionally contain errors, become unavailable, or require maintenance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every display will be free from error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Groovypawz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a product when such losses were not reasonably foreseeable. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by law.
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Policy changes and severability
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, products, operations, or applicable requirements. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
